SHIPPING POLICY
At Wildseed Ecosystem, we value your time and want to ensure that your delivery experience is as seamless as possible. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with all of the information you need to know to make an informed purchase. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50, and a flat rate of $5 for orders under $50. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep track of your package at all times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wildseed Ecosystem. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@wildseedecosystem.com. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging, and we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
